Yes, Bland Industries is a fictional company that is used to organize the varied interests of the Founder and CEO. They are also the CTO, CFO, CIO, and all that because there is only them and it isn't real anyway.
Who is the CEO? They don't want to say. They like their privacy on the internet. They have done what they can, within bounds, to remove themselves and their data from the internet. But why have a website on the internet? Well, they do like to show off what they have made, that is a common human trait. They are willing to tell people in real life that this is their work, so if you suspect someone of being the CEO of Bland Industries you should ask them.
